SLATE  restaurant is locally owned and operated in the Dr. Phillips neighborhood next door to Trader Joe's.   Our open kitchen and dining space features sinuous floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary architecture and design, rustic wood & stone floors, and gas chandeliers to provide a warm, inviting, and energetic environment.  Our Chef-Driven menu offers seasonal produce, wood-grilled meats, fresh fish & seafood, pizza's baked in our wood-burning copper oven, Sommelier curated boutique wine list, extensive spirit selections, local draft beers, and hand-crafted cocktails.  We offer various spaces to accommodate company luncheons, rehearsal dinners, cocktail receptions, and corporate business dinners. Whether you’re looking to stage a gorgeous afternoon event or a candlelit evening affair, you’ll find SLATE to be the perfect setting.  
Food & Beverage Minimums are based on a three hour event time or four hours for a complete buyout.  
Groups over 15 guests we kindly request a Prix Fixe menu.

"WOOD ROOM"

The Wood Room & Lounge is a rustic space that features sinuous floor-to-ceiling windows with a picturesque view of Sand Lake Road. 

The Wood Room is partitioned from the Main Dining Room with large glass Accordion-Style doors. 

A black partition curtain is used to separate this space from the Garden Room.

Wood Room - 10-28 Guests  

Wood Room & Lounge - 29-40 Guests  

Cocktail Reception - 45 Guests

Open Seating - Other Guests Will Be Seated In The Wood Room Including Bar & Lounge

Semi-Private- Wood Room Used For One Group With Other Guests Seated In Bar & Lounge

"GARDEN ROOM"

        
 The Garden Room is a stunning space with tables that can be arranged in a variety of ways to create the ideal look for your event. The Garden Room has a view of our garden oasis and waterfall. This space includes one side of our elegant bar, featuring large glass garage-style doors that can be lowered to partition the room from the main dining room for a more intimate setting. The Garden Room is perfect for cocktail receptions, rehearsal dinners or corporate gatherings.  A black curtain partitions this space from the Wood Room.

 Semi Private: 10-30 Guests 

Seated, Private: 40-60 Guests 

Cocktail Reception: 80 Guests

Semi-Private -  Other Guests Will Be Seated In The Room Including Bar
